Baby Stuff

At my appointment on Tuesday, my doctor confirmed that Colton has settled into my pelvis and that he still seems to be breech. Casey and I had discussed whether or not we wanted to try for the version (where the doctor tries to move Colton by pushing on my stomach) but we decided it sounded a little scary to us. So . . . as of right now, I'm scheduled to have a c-section in a couple of weeks. I'm kind of nervous about it but trust that it will be okay.

Like my friend Kim pointed out, at least if I have a c-section he'll have a nice round head. :)

I have another appointment and ultrasound next Tuesday. They're going to recheck his position and growth at that ultrasound. It doesn't look like he's going to be a very big baby. I'm hoping he'll at least hit 6 pounds, but if he doesn't I'll just be dressing him in extra itty bitty clothes.

The cool thing is...you can pull not only "I just had a baby and can you get me everything I need when I need it" line, but you can add, "oh and I had a c-section so this could last a few months"
