"Where's My Power?"

The other day I was singing "More love, more power, more of you in my life." And a funny conversation with Colton ensued.

Colton: Where's my power?

Me: I don't know. I was singing about God's power.

Colton: I need my power. Where is it?

Pause...

Colton: It's in my room. I'm gonna go get it.

Running down the hall to his bedroom, he flung open his closet door revealing his space heater in the corner of his closet.

Colton: There's my power! (Pointing to his space heater)

Me: Your space heater?

Colton: Yeah. I need it.

Me: It's too hot to turn on your heater.

Not one to give up on "his power" he grabs the next best thing: a toothbrush.

Colton: (thrusting out his toothbrush like a light saber and exclaiming victouriously) This is my power!!!

Conversations with toddlers are hilarious.
