I'm really excited about Thanksgiving! Usually by this time of year, I've already had several turkey dinners at various church and social gatherings. But so far this year, I've only had one. For months, I've been looking forward to delicious turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy and pumpkin pie. This year, I'm bringing deviled eggs and broccoli rice and cheese casserole to my Thanksgiving dinner with Casey's family. I'm not sure what I'm going to bring to the smaller gathering at my mom's house.Oooh! And I'm also really excited that I only have to work three days this week. Yippee!!! I'm hoping to put up our Christmas tree on Friday or Saturday because I'm also really looking forward to Christmas.
What's your favorite thing to eat on Thanksgiving? What's your favorite thing to cook for the day? Do you eat anything "out of the ordinary" on Thanksgiving? One of my co-workers said her family always eats baked beans.

Our family usually has a big ham with hot pineapple sauce on Thanksgiving although sometimes we had turkey. And that is my favorite thing.
