I've been wondering how he was accomplishing this amazing feat, since as far as I know, he is not walking, crawling, jumping, flying or swimming yet. But that's when I remembered the show Muppet Babies. For those of you who grew up in the 80's (or raised kids during this time) you'll recall that the Muppet Babies were an imaginative band of babes who were constantly sneaking off and having adventures will their caregiver, Nanny, was in the other room.
Maybe Colton's been off visiting the moon or sailing the Sea of Gibraltor and simply forgets to put himself back in the right position when he comes back.
Or . . . as I was finally able to observe this morning, Colton is using his ability to roll to his side to scoot around the world. . . er . . . crib.
It's really cute to see him learning how to get around. He throws his legs up by his belly then flips over to his side, not quite all the way to his stomach but close, then flips back on his back. Each time he does the side flip, he moves himself a bit farther in the direction he's traveling. What a cutie batootie!

Oh Summer, those eyes! He is so beautiful!
Oh, he's already looking so big and grown up! It will be no time at all until he sits there with a straight little back looking at cute...
He is sooo precious! And using U2 lyrics will draw me in like bugs to a light.
I love your descriptions of daily life! And I enjoyed reading your "real post" too. Reminds me of the huge cliff I fell off of when I had Simon. Seriously, I almost lost my mind, but God totally put me back together again! (Poor Humpty Dumpty)
Whoa! I haven't been to your actual blog in awhile (I just read all of my blogs through bloglines) and I love your new layout! So cute! Oh, and while we are on the subject of cute, Colton is adorable! And getting so big! Hope you guys are doing well. We miss you!
