Sweet and delicious gruel . . .

What's white, flavorless and oh so messy? That's right! Delectable rice cereal! Last night, we introduced Colton to a wee bit o' porridge. I tasted it myself first and could detect no flavor but I've probably burned off a few million of my taste buds drinking hot coffee and the like.

Colton, with all his taste buds still in tact, may have been able to pick up on some trace of "ricey-ness."

The lil' man really seemed to enjoy his first go with solids. He slurped each spoonful down and kept waiting for more and looking around for the spoon. He ate all there was and still wanted to suck on the spoon. It was super duper cute.
