Hotels are notorious for being overpriced. $8 for a muffin. $12 for a slice of bacon, etc. Using the computer is no exception. I had to pay $5 to get 15 mins of Internet time. I'd forgotten to print a document for this conference so I had to have someone e-mail it to me. I think I got spoiled last week when we had free Internet access.
Portland is pretty. It's a little bit chilly though. Last night, we went and ate downtown at an Italian place. Tomorrow the conference starts.
Well, I'd better go because I only have 48 seconds left!
