This past weekend, Casey's parents and a long-time family friend, Grannie Fannie, came down to Texas for a visit. Grannie Fannie is 97 years old and is such a sweetheart. I want to be just like her when I'm her age. She thinks the best of everyone, is full of joy, gives out praise like nobody's business and bakes a mean chocolate pudding pie! She is definitely overflowing with the fruit of the spirit!
It was so fun to have her over - she loves Colton and is always complimenting his good looks or charm! That's a sure-fire way to make a mama smile!
Here are a few pictures from this weekend's fun. On Saturday we went to a fall festival at a large church in the area. Colton was too little for most of the activities but he had fun running around and seeing other kids in costume.
