This weekend I ate at a fairly new restaurant called Red Moon Cafe. It's off MacArthur and the Turnpike and is connected to a bank. Apparently even though this place is hooked up to a rather "unhip" establishment, (bankers aren't getting cooler are they?) it's getting a lot of buzz as a trendy spot to eat. I first heard about it last week from my boss, and then a couple friends mentioned they'd eaten there too. So, my family checked it out on Sunday. It's a mix between a Ground Floor Cafe/Panera Bread and a Jimmy's Egg. RM Cafe serves breakfast and pastries all day long as well as offering lunch and dinner options. I got the meatloaf sandwich and a cup of potato soup. My mother-in-law and Casey got Mediterranean cucumber salads with salmon, and my father-in-law got a Rueben sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. Everyone enjoyed their food, so I recommend it!
