So, I got a $15 gift card to iTunes, and last night I tried to get some music on my iPod. But, it turned out I was not technologically savvy enough to figure it out. So, I didn't end up going to bed until around midnight. Then, around 1 a.m., Casey and I were awoken by a blasting beep. Our power had gone out, and and somehow that triggers our smoke alarms.
Casey went and got the phone book to try and call OG&E, but we couldn't find the number, so then I called information. But in my sleepy state I didn't write down the number (I just thought it would automatically connect me). So, I called back. This time, my phone broke up while they were telling me the number. Casey takes over on the third try. The number secured, we call OG&E and leave a message.
I woke up about 3 a.m. because the house was starting to heat up and I was beginning to get concerned about our food in the fridge going bad. I said a little prayer for our power and drifted off to sleep again. A couple of minutes later, we were once again ripped from sleep by the shrieking smoke detector. But, that was good news because it meant our power was back on, our food would be okay and the house would cool back down.
This morning I was pretty sleepy though. It was quite difficult to pull my body from my comfy bed. I'm hoping to get to bed a little earlier tonight. That's assuming, of course, that I don't start wrestling with my iPod again.

I have had those nights. dang
speaking of coffee sum, that reminds me i wanted to tell you they said in our class the other day. the way caffeine works on headaches is weird and you should either drink the same amount every day or not drink any at all. is this your experience?
